Service calls within the first year of living in your new home are complimentary , unless deemed a result of homeowner neglect or fault. Service calls beyond the first year may incur a fee, depending on cause.

In addition to filling out the form below, homeowners are encouraged to contact the contractor directly associated with the problem. The contractor contacts affiliated with your home are listed on the service sticker located on the inside of your electrical panel. This helps ensure convenient and timely coordination of service.

In the case of an emergency, please contact appropriate emergency service personnel or utility providers before filling out this form. An emergency situation is defined as total loss of heat, electricity, or water, gas leaks, plumbing leaks that require water supply to be turned off, or any situation that endangers the occupants of the home.
